Disconnecting/unplugging the controller causes the "CTRL+G TO OPEN MENU" overlay to come back. The only workaround I have found is to plug in a controller, which causes the overlay to go away, and instead the controller overlay appears, which can be dismissed. Most importantly, this means it is impossible to hide the overlay itself, and it remains for the entire play session. Hitting Ctrl+G does, in fact, open a menu, and shows the mouse cursor, but attempting to click on any item in that menu just dismisses the menu without doing anything else. When I play a game in Steam Link and do not have a controller connected, an overlay appears at the top of the screen with the steam logo, large text "Streaming " and smaller text "CTRL+G TO OPEN MENU". The Steam Link macOS app is working great for me, but I am having the same problem as Dreamer.
